Smaller employers should have the chance to delay national insurance contribution for up to a year.
That’s the message from the CBI to the Government ahead of Chancellor Alistair Darling’s Pre-Budget Report this afternoon (24 November), during which he is expected to announce sweeping measures to help the UK through the global economic crisis.
