Government decision due on flexible working rights

    The Government is to decide whether to postpone the planned extension of the right to ask for flexible working rights, currently available to parents of children aged under six, to parents of under-16s.

    On Wednesday it closed its consultation on this issue and the Department for Business, Enterprise and Regulatory Reform (BERR) will soon publish its response.
