A housing management company has been prosecuted after a man fell from a rooftop whilst carrying out repairs.
Berneslai Homes Ltd was fined £2,000 and ordered to pay costs £2,022 at Barnsley Magistrates Court after pleading guilty to breaching Regulation 4 (1) of the Work at Height Regulations 2005, which states that:
