Employment Tribunal judges can have less experience

    New rules stipulating the experience required to become an employment judge at an Employment Tribunal will come into force soon.

    The Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) (Amendment) Regulations 2008 take effect from 1 December 2008.
