Working parents: Extended rights could be postponed

Government plans to expand the rights of working parents could be stalled to ease financial pressures on businesses.

Secretary of State for Business, Lord Mandelson, has instructed Government officials to review ongoing plans in a new drive to support businesses continuity through a tougher economy.
