One tenth of employers do not pay tribunal awards

    As many as one in ten employers are failing to pay out on successful tribunal claims, a new report has found.

    According to Justice Denied, published today by Citizens Advice, a flaw within the Employment Tribunals system is resulting in many rogue employers avoiding paying awards to claimants.
