Two companies have been fined a total of £1.2m after one man was killed and another injured onboard an offshore cargo oil tank.
Matthew Grey of Darlington and Norman Jackson of North Shields were working on the Bleo Holm floating production, storage and offtake installation in the outer Moray Firth offshore Scotland when the incident occurred on 6 January 2007.
