A distribution company has been fined £20,000 after an employee was hit by a forklift truck reversing from a loading bay.
32-year-old administrative worker Lisa Ramos, from Kirkby in Ashfield, was struck by a 2.5 tonne truck whilst working at the company’s premises on Burton Road in Findern, Derby in March 2006.
