Mr Olasehinde, a caretaker, was called into a meeting by his employer (Panther Securities Plc) to be told that a tenant had complained that he was “harassing him”.
Panther accepted his denial of the allegations but told him not to speak to the tenant about them. Mr Olasehinde claimed race discrimination against Panther.
The Tribunal found that Panther had seriously exaggerated and distorted the tenant’s complaint and would not have done so if Mr Olasehinde, who was black... (136 more words)
