New ACAS guidance for employers considering job evaluations

    Employment relations service ACAS has launched a new guide to explain to employers the benefits and risks of undertaking a job evaluation scheme.

    Job evaluation determines the relative importance of a number of different jobs, whilst avoiding prejudice or discrimination. According to ACAS, employers typically undertake job evaluation schemes because of:
