Salary details to be published by ‘community’ website

Employees should be able to anonymously compare salary details online from next week, in a move which further threatens British secrecy over personal employment contracts.

Website Glassdoor.com has published over 50,000 individual salary entries and company reviews since it was founded two months ago, on a variety of businesses and job titles.
