Skipping lunch: can you force employees to take breaks?

    Only one in six UK employees takes a regular lunch break, which could mean that a significant proportion of workers are at an increased risk of work-related stress.  

    These are the concerns raised by research from HR firm Chiumento, which reveals that workers are choosing to skip breaks to continue working instead of taking their entitled time off.
