The HSE has prosecuted tyre manufacturer Goodyear Dunlop after a worker in Wolverhampton suffered a fractured rib when a pallet fell from a forklift truck onto him.
Goodyear Dunlop Tyres UK Ltd pleaded guilty to failing to take reasonable care for the health and safety of employees under Section 2(1) of the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974.
