Openness and honesty: the key to resolving conflict?

    The most common causes of conflict in British workplaces could be defused or avoided altogether through better communication, law firm Dundas & Wilson (D&W) has said.

    Eilidh Wiseman, Head of Employment Law at D&W, said businesses which foster a culture of genuine openness and honesty are most successful at avoiding time-consuming and often expensive internal disputes.
