Government announces what Equality Bill will NOT cover

The Government has published more details of what will be included in the new single Equality Bill – including, for the first time, an indication of what will NOT be covered by the legislation.

In its response to the Discrimination Law Review consultation, published this week, the Government has expanded on the details of the Bill that were announced by Harriet Harman last month.
