Equality Bill will prevent "dangerous social division"

A single Equality Bill is needed because Britain’s to prevent dangerous social division, the Chair of the Equalities and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) has warned.  

In reaction to Harriet Harman’s proposals for the Bill, Trevor Philips called for a complete overhaul of equality laws to create a “new contract with the public on fairness”.
