Is your business licensed to play music?

    The Federation of Small Businesses (FSB) is calling for a law which requires workplaces to buy a music licence fee to be relaxed.  

    Any location or premises (outside of the home) where music is played, whether to customers, over to phone or to staff, must have a Performing Rights Society (PRS) Music Licence. The owner/proprietor of the premises is normally responsible for obtaining a PRS Music Licence for the public performance of copyright music.
