Mediation is being overlooked as a way of settling workplace disputes, legal experts are warning.
A study from law firm Dundas & Wilson has found that almost two-thirds of businesses have never used mediation to settle workplace disputes. The finding come after the Government announced plans to expand the conciliation capacity of dispute resolution service ACAS, with a £37m funding injection.
