Mr Parsons, who was 60, worked at the dealership in Oxford where a new manager was recruited. He resigned some four months later as a result of his new manager’s style and brought a claim for constructive unfair dismissal. The Tribunal had to decide whether he had resigned in circumstances amounting to constructive dismissal.
