Simplified: pregnancy and maternity-related discrimination

The Sex Discrimination Act 1975 (Amendment) Regulations 2008, which were published last week, will amend the Sex Discrimination Act 1975 (SDA) following the finding of the High Court last year that this Act does not correctly implement the Equal Treatment Directive.
