A solicitor has been successfully prosecuted by the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) for failing to notify under the Data Protection Act 1998.
Peter D Greenhalgh, of Peter D Greenhalgh Solicitor, was ordered to pay costs of £804 and given a six months conditional discharge by Manchester City Magistrates Court.
