Employment Tribunals: payout increases now in force

The Employment Rights (Increase of Limits) Order 2007 is now in force (from 1 February 2008). It takes immediate effect, increasing the limits applying to certain awards of Employment Tribunals, and other amounts payable under employment legislation, as specified in the Schedule to the Order.
