Organisations with catering facilities will be affected by European Commission proposals to regulate food safety. The regulations will establish the principles of food law (including safety) and create a new European body - the European Food Authority.
This follows the recent EU proposals for catering hygiene, reported on
workplacelaw.net, that will require catering facilities to meet tough new standards to qualify for a licence.
