The warehouse fire at the 2012 Olympics site was an accident, an investigation has concluded.
The Olympic Delivery Authority said the 12 November blaze was started by a welder's torch that was being used to prepare the empty building for demolition. The torch ignited insulation on steel pipes that were being cut. While asbestos burned, it was not a risk to health.
About 75 firefighters fought the blaze, which sent up the pillar of smoke that was seen for miles. No one was hurt.
