A finance lecturer who has brought at least 40 cases against universities to Employment Tribunal, and who was banned by the Attorney General for bringing any more, has now turned to the legal system of Northern Ireland.
Suresh Deman has claimed repeatedly over the last decade, usually for racial bias when he has failed at job applications and collected nearly £200,000 in compensation payments.
