A Pakistani-born engineer who was turned down for a job reapplied using a fictitious Welsh name, and was granted an interview, an employment tribunal has heard.
Qamar Mohammed Malik, 48, was told that he was suitably qualified for a post with Amec Utilities Ltd, a multinational company, but he was rejected without being interviewed.
