A Construction company has been fined £260,000 after an incident which led to the death of an employee in Bilsthorpe.
F J Chalcroft (Construction), of King's Lynn, was also ordered to pay £80,000 costs by Nottingham Crown Court after pleading guilty to breaching the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974.
