A national campaign has been launched to encourage companies to publicly report on the health of their employees.
A study conducted by Business in the Community (BITC) found that 62% of workers don’t believe that their bosses consider staff as assets worth investing in. This has led the BITC to launch the campaign, which it hopes will counteract apathy towards employee wellbeing.
