1 October 2007: what legislation is being implemented today?

Since April 2006, the Government has used Common Commencement Dates (CCDs) to implement new regulations that will have an effect on business. These CCDs are 6 April and 1 October, and this 1 October legislation relating to the following topics is being introduced:
