Age old problem

Over one million 50-65 year olds who want to work can't get a job because employers won't recruit older workers, a new TUC report, 'Ready willing and able’, has claimed. The report also says that employers are reluctant to retain the employees they already have by investing in training or making minor adjustments for disabilities.
