Fire safety - RRO v. DDA

Since last November, when fire safety became the responsibility of employers and premises managers, many businesses have discovered the problem of reconciling their duties under two key pieces of legislation; the Disability Discrimination Act (DDA) and the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order (RRO).
