In addition to your premium corporate membership, your HR annual support contract includes a package of HR services designed to take the worry out of complying with the law and allow your organisation to focus on its main business objectives.
The service is tailored 100% to your needs. You can choose how many people in your organisation you would like to be able to use the service, and to help you security, there are further levels of privilege that allow you to block or grant access to features such as online advice or telephone support.
The package includes the following HR services:
Annual review of personnel documentation and procedures: an assessment of employment contracts, terms and conditions, employment policies and your staff handbook.
Preparation of new/revised personnel documentation: assimilation of data, preparation of documentation, and maintaining it at regular intervals in order to ensure compliance with the requirements of legislation.
On-site attendance: an agreed number of days on-site to assist with: key internal meetings (such as recruitment interviews, disciplinary and grievance hearings, or in redundancy situations); a limited amount of training; and emergency support if required.
Employment Tribunal indemnity: If you have acted on the advice provided by Workplace Law your employment relations advisor will assist you in preparing for an Employment Tribunal and will accompany you on the day.
Contract period
The Workplace Law annual support contract is available over a 12, 24 and 36 month contract period.
